Q. How can I open an A|X store?
A. As a privately held company, we do not offer franchise opportunities. However, you can email us at
custserv@armaniexchange.com for further details.

Q. Do you deliver outside of the United States?
A. We only accept orders originating within the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada.  We will deliver to APO's. However, because of shipping restrictions, we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Q. What type of payment forms does your website accept?
A. A|X Armani Exchange online accepts the following forms of payment:

Additionally, the credit card used to make purchases on our site must be issued from a U.S. credit card company or bank and must have a current U.S. billing address.

Q. Will my credit card be charged immediately after placing the order?
A. No, your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

Q. Why do I have held funds in my account?
A. Because we only charge upon shipping, the held funds in your account are, as a general matter, automatically released within 2-3 business days of the confirmation of cancellation of your order.  These funds will be released by your issuing bank.  Please contact your bank for further information.

Q. Is it safe to use my credit card online?
A. Yes. We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads on sites in which we advertise.  Third-party advertising technology (1) uses information derived from your visits to this website and the sites on which advertise to serve ads to you and (2) places a unique third-party cookie or cookies on your browser.  In addition, we may use web beacons, provided by third-party advertising companies, to help manage and optimize our online advertising.  You may also contact a representative at 1800.717.AXAX.

Q. Can I buy merchandise online and return it at a store?
A. Yes, you can return any merchandise bought online at your nearest A|X store.  You must present the original invoice sent with the item when attempting to return an item.  If you do not have this invoice, please contact custserv@armaniexchange.com .

Q. Can I buy merchandise online and return it online?
A. No, we do not accept store-bought returns online.

Q. Can I buy merchandise in the U.S. and return it to an A|X store in another country?
A. No, at this time items bought in the U.S. cannot be returned internationally.  Additionally, items bought at an international A|X location cannot be returned online or to an A|X store in the U.S.

Q. What is the status of my order?

Q. Why was my order cancelled?
A. In order to ensure proper billing, all orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification prior to processing. For security purposes, and as a protection to our customers, we will not ship orders unless all billing information is correct.  If we are not able to verify your billing information, or if your shipping address is incorrect, your order will be cancelled and you will be notified via email.  Please make certain the billing information you have given us exactly matches the information on record with your credit card issuing bank. Verification and order processing normally takes one to two business days.

Q. Why do I receive an unsuccessful message when I place my online order?
A. If the information you have provided in your order does not match your credit card's issuing bank, your order will not be successful. If all the information you provided is correct, please contact your bank for further information.

Q. When can I expect my order?
A. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekend days, holidays, and after 12 pm noon EST will be processed the next business day.  We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours, pending credit card verification.

Q. How do I place an order online?
A. You can either search for a specific item by name or browse different categories for both men and women.  When you've found an item you wish to purchase, select the desired color, size, and quantity. After you have done this, click on the "Add to Shop Bag button.  At this point, the shop bag will drop down from the upper right-hand corner of your screen to let you know that the item has been added.  You can continue shopping or proceed to check out. When you're ready to begin the checkout process, just click on the shop bag icon at the top of the page.  In your shop bag, you can review and modify the items you have added.  Next click on "Purchase" and your checkout process begins in five easy steps:

1. Enter email address and password or proceed to checkout as a guest
2. Billing and shipping address
3. Delivery Information
4. Payment Information
5. Review and submit order
Please make sure that all billing information is correct to ensure a successful order.

Q. Can I send my order to multiple addresses?
A. Yes. In the shipping address section, you will see an option to send to more than one address.


Returns & Exchanges


Q. How long does it take for your to receive my return?
A. Due to the shipping carrier, it may take up to 10-14 days before your package arrives at our facilities.  As soon as it is processed, we will email you a receipt confirming the return/exchange.

Q. How long do I have to return or exchange an item?
A. Our policy is that all returns must be sent back to us within 30 days of the purchase date. If the item has not been used or worn, you may return your order.

Google


Q. How can I view my order history in Google?
A. This information is available at Google Checkout by using your Google login.

Q. Is my login name for Google the same as my A|X login name?
A. No. You must be registered with Google checkout and have a separate login name in order to complete this process.

Q. Can I use A|X promotional codes with Google Checkout?
A. Yes. If you have a promotional code, you will need to submit it on the A|X Shop Bag page before proceeding to Google Checkout.  Promotional codes will not be accepted once you get to Google Checkout.

Q. Can items purchased on A|X Armani Exchange using Google Checkout be returned to an A|X store?
A. Unfortunately, Google Checkout orders are not accepted at A|X store locations.  Please refer to the customer service guidelines for the standard on-line return and exchange policy.

Q. How long does it take to receive a Google Checkout return refund?
A. Google Checkout refunds are processed manually, and because of this, all refunds take approximately 12-15 days to complete processing.
