This information is available at Google Checkout by using your Google login.
Can an A|X Armani Exchange customer service
consultant assist me with an order that was purchased with Google
Checkout?
Yes. Customer service consultants are able to access your order details, order
history, and tracking information.
Am I able to apply special promotions when
purchasing an order with Google
Checkout?
Yes. If you have a Promo Code, you will need to submit it on the A|X Shopbag
page before proceeding to Google Checkout. Promo codes are not acceptable once
you get to Google Checkout.
Am I able to return to the Armani
Exchange website once I have begun the Google Checkout
process?
Yes. There is a link to return to the A|X website on each checkout page.
This may be used to browse more products, update your shop bag, or resume
checkout through our standard checkout process.
Can items purchased on A|X Armani Exchange with Google Checkout be returned to an A|X store?
Google Checkout orders are not accepted at A|X
store locations. Please refer to the customer service guidelines for the
standard on-line return and exchange policy.
Does the standard A|X Armani Exchange
shipping policy apply to orders purchased with Google
Checkout?
