PLEASE NOTE: All orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification prior to processing to ensure proper billing. For security purposes and as a protection to our customers, we will not ship orders unless all billing information is correct. If we are not able to verify your billing information, your order will be cancelled and you will be notified via email. So that your order is shipped without delay, please make certain the billing information you have given us exactly matches your credit card issuing bank records. Verification and order processing normally takes one business day. If the information you have provided does not match your credit issuing bank records, your order will be unsuccessful. This may result in your bank holding authorized funds.  Funds will be released within 2-3 business days at the discretion of your issuing bank.  In the event of this occurrence, please contact your bank for further information.

We accept credit cards that have been issued by a bank within the U.S. or Canada and have a valid billing address within the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico only. International credit agencies may differ from U.S. credit banks.  Funds will be released at the discretion of the bank that issued your credit card.

Changes & Cancellation

Our goal is to provide the fastest possible service by processing orders within one business day of receipt. There is a good possibility that by the time you call with a change or cancellation, your order may have already been processed and your package could be on it's way to you. To request a cancellation or change to your order, call 1.800.717.AXAX or send us an email at custserv@armaniexchange.com. Please include your order number and the specific details regarding the modifications. You will receive an email notification within 1 to 2 business days whether or not we were able to accommodate your request.

Note: If you are contacting us after business hours, please allow up to 12 hours to receive a response to your phone call or email. We will try our best to accommodate your order related requests such as, cancellations or adjustments, if your order has not already been processed.

Order Status

Check the status of your order anytime online by visiting A|X Insider account or by clicking on Track Order. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before tracking information appears on the carrier's website.

Promotions

General Promotion Rules

A|X Armani Exchange Online offers promotions throughout the year via emails, postcards, and newspaper/magazine inserts. Register and you have the option to sign up for email updates about upcoming events and promotions.

Specific instructions and rules will be listed on the promotion invitation since promotions will vary.  Unless specified, offers are valid for one time use only. Promotion codes cannot be combined with any other promotions unless otherwise stated.

Additionally, please ensure that if you have a promotion code, please be sure to enter the promo code before the end of the checkout process. Once your order has been submitted without a promo code, A|X cannot adjust your final order total.

When applicable, each online promotion will have a unique Promotion Code associated with it. This code must be entered so that your promotion is correctly applied to your order. Simply enter the code during checkout. In the final step of checkout, you can review your order to ensure the promotion was accepted.

Alterations

A|X Armani Exchange offers free hem alterations of regularly priced pants/jeans free of charge.  You can have items altered by taking it to one of out A|X Armani Exchange specialty stores along with your order invoice.  Sale merchandise and all other alterations are subject to charge. Alteration pricing is determined by each store as tailor's service prices vary. More detailed alterations (e.g. adjusting waists or taking in jackets) are not offered. Altered merchandise may not be returned or exchanged unless there is an error with the alteration or a quality issue with the hem.

Google Checkout

Google Checkout is an alternate method for completing your order on www.armaniexchange.com. This service allows you to make purchases across the internet with a single user account while providing secure and convenient online shopping. Now you can track your online purchases together at Google Checkout or separately at Armani Exchange or other merchant websites.

To get started, simply click the Google Checkout button in the www.armaniexchange.com shopbag. You will be redirected to Google.com, where you may sign in to your account or create a new one. After you have registered, you will begin the checkout process. At any point during this process, you may return to the A|X website to browse more products, update your shopping cart, or resume checkout using the standard checkout process.

Shipping Policy

$5.00 Standard Shipping on all orders every day! 
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekend days, holidays and after 12 noon EST will be processed the next business day. All orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification prior to processing. For security purposes and as a protection to our customers, A|X reserves the right to cancel orders with incorrect billing information in which you will not be charged. In order to avoid delays in shipping your order, please make certain that the billing information you have provided exactly matches your credit card issuing bank's record. 

Also note that your tax is an estimated tax rate. Final and accurate tax rate based on your shipping address will be applied at the time when your order is shipped. All policies and procedures at www.armaniexchange.com are applicable to all orders placed through Google Checkout.

Orders placed through Google Checkout will follow the same shipping policy as well as delivery, method and cost with the exception of the following:

  • Orders over $250.00 will require Signature Request
  • Orders cannot be redirected to another shipping address once the order has been submitted.
  • Same day orders will be delivered the following business day.
  • Orders using an international credit card will be cancelled at this time. You will receive a cancellation email.

Returns

Returns and Exchange requests are accepted by mail with the return and exchange form within 30 days of purchase. All items must be unworn or damaged. We will issue a refund for the original amount paid on the merchandise returned, excluding the shipping and handling fee. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment unless otherwise requested. Please allow 5 to 7 business days from the date we receive your package to process your return/exchange and allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the refund to reflect on your billing statement. 

A few more things to note...

Google Checkout orders are not accepted at A|X store locations. Please follow standard online return and exchange policy and return to online store for refund and exchanges.

Orders purchased in an A|X store cannot be sent to the online store for a return or exchange request.

How am I able to access the order details, order history, and tracking information of orders purchased with Google Checkout?

This information is available at Google Checkout by using your Google login.

Can an A|X Armani Exchange customer service consultant assist me with an order that was purchased with Google Checkout?

Yes. Customer service consultants are able to access your order details, order history, and tracking information.

Am I able to apply special promotions when purchasing an order with Google Checkout?

Yes. If you have a Promo Code, you will need to submit it on the A|X Shopbag page before proceeding to Google Checkout. Promo codes are not acceptable once you get to Google Checkout.

Am I able to return to the Armani Exchange website once I have begun the Google Checkout process?

Yes. There is a link to return to the A|X website on each checkout page. This may be used to browse more products, update your shop bag, or resume checkout through our standard checkout process.

Can items purchased on A|X Armani Exchange with Google Checkout be returned to an A|X store?

Google Checkout orders are not accepted at A|X store locations. Please refer to the customer service guidelines for the standard on-line return and exchange policy.

Does the standard A|X Armani Exchange shipping policy apply to orders purchased with Google Checkout?
