RULES FOR ARMANI EXCHANGE SIGNED TIESTO MEMORABILIA SWEEPSTAKES

1. Promotion
Description:
The Armani Exchange Signed Tiësto Memorabilia Sweepstakes (the
“Sweepstakes”) begins on June 22, 2009 at 12:01:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and
ends on July 5, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Promotion Period”). Following the
end of the Promotion Period, a random drawing will be held to select eighteen
(18) Grand Prize winners and twenty (20) Prize winners from among all eligible
entries made during the Promotion Period. Grand Prize Winners will each receive
a limited edition Armani Exchange time piece, signed by Tiësto. Prize Winners
will each receive a copy of Armani Exchange Music Series Volume 14 Timeless,
signed by DJ Tiësto. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant
unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official
Rules and the decisions of Presidio International, doing business as A/X Armani
Exchange (the “Sponsor”) which shall be final and binding in all respects.
2.
Eligibility:
Only persons over the age of eighteen (18) years as of June 22, 2009
who are located in and legal residents of one of the fifty States of the United
States or the District of Columbia at the time of entry are eligible to enter.
Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional
agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same
household are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.
3.
How to Enter:
Participants must go to www.armaniexchange.com/tiesto (the “Website”)
during the Promotion Period and click on the A/X Tiesto Sweepstakes link, and
follow the onscreen instructions. Participants must enter their complete name,
home address, and email address. Participants should then click on the “SUBMIT”
button after all the requested information has been entered to automatically
process their entry into the Sweepstakes.
4.
Privacy:
Privacy: Information provided to enter the Sweepstakes will not be
sold to third parties, but may be shared with persons or entities supplying
prizes, in whole or in part. The Sponsor, its affiliates, and companies
supplying prizes (or parts thereof) in connection with this Sweepstakes may from
time to time contact entrants via email concerning the Sweepstakes or other
matters, and each entrant consents to receiving such communications via email.
In addition, entrants may opt to receive additional emails from Sponsor and/or
its affiliates or suppliers concerning their products and services by checking
where indicated on the entry screen.
5.
Automated Entries Prohibited:
No mechanically reproduced, incomplete, forged, software generated or
automated multiple entries will be accepted.
6.
Winner Selection:
Eighteen (18) Grand Prize Winners and twenty (20) Prize Winners will
be selected by random drawing to be held at the Sponsor’s offices on or before
July 10, 2009. All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding. Odds of
winning are dependant on the number of eligible entries received during the
Promotion Period. Winners will be notified by telephone or email. Winners will
have one (1) week from the time email notification was sent or telephone
notification was given to them to accept the prize, which acceptance shall be
given by email to “marketing@armaniexchange.com.” Sponsor shall have no
liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received
or read by a potential winner for any reason. The Sponsor is not responsible and
shall not be liable for any late, lost or misdirected notification, or for a
winner’s efforts to claim a prize. If for any reason a potential winner cannot
be reached despite reasonable efforts by Sponsor, or a prize is not accepted
within one (1) week of the first notification attempt made by Sponsor, or the
potential winner is found to be ineligible or not to have complied with these
Official Rules, that potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an
alternate will be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries.
In the event a second potential winner of any prize cannot be reached despite
reasonable efforts by Sponsor, or the prize is not accepted by the second
potential winner within one (1) week of the first notification attempt made by
Sponsor, or the second potential winner is found to be ineligible or not to have
complied with these Official Rules, that potential winner will forfeit his or
her prize and Sponsor shall have no obligation to select any additional
potential winners or to award that prize. Limit: one (1) prize per entrant.
7.
Prize Details:

Grand Prize Winners:
Each of the eighteen (18) Grand Prize Winners will receive a limited
edition signed Armani Exchange time piece, signed by Tiesto. The approximate
retail value of the time piece is $180.00.

Winners
Each of the twenty (20) Prize Winners will receive a signed copy of
Armani Exchange Music Series Volume 14 Timeless, signed by Tiësto. The
approximate retail value of this prize is $20.00.
8.
General Prize Conditions:
Potential winners will be required to execute an Affidavit of
Eligibility, Release of Liability and Prize Acceptance Form (collectively, the
“Prize Claim Documents”). If a winner fails or refuses to sign and return the
Prize Claim Documents within one (1) week of prize notification, the winner may
be disqualified and an alternate winner will be randomly selected from among the
remaining eligible entries. Prizes are not transferable and not assignable. No
substitutions of prizes will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to
substitute prize(s) of comparable or greater value in the event a prize or any
portion thereof becomes unavailable for any reason. Winners shall be solely
responsible for all taxes and fees or costs associated with the prize, including
but not limited to any federal or state or other income tax.
9.
Release:
Acceptance of a prize constitutes the prize winner’s permission for
Sponsor to use prize winner’s name for advertising and/or promotional purposes
worldwide and in all forms of media in perpetuity without further compensation
or authorization. Entrants agree that Sponsor and its affiliates, and their
officers, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Sponsoring
Entities”), shall not be responsible for any losses, damages or injuries of any
kind resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or from entrants’
acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize. Entrants also
agree that the Sponsoring entities have not made and shall not in any manner be
liable for any warranty, guarantee, or representation, whether express or
implied, with respect to any prize, including without limitation, the prize’s
quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsor reserves the right in its
sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with
the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or the Website, to be
acting in violation of these Official Rules, or who otherwise takes actions that
do or are intended to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the
Sweepstakes. Sponsor also reserves the right in its sole discretion to
disqualify any entry containing any obscene, offensive or otherwise
inappropriate comments or other matter.
10.
Governing Law:
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity,
interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed and
construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of New York without
regard to the choice of law provisions thereof.
11.
Name of Winners:
For the name of winners, send a self addressed, stamped envelope to:
Armani Exchange Tiësto Sweepstakes, Attention: Michelle MacKnight, Armani
Exchange, 111 Eighth Avenue, 9th Floor, New York, NY 10011. Washington and
Vermont residents may omit return postage.

RULES FOR ARMANI EXCHANGE TEXT OPT OUT

Text Message:
Participants must have opted in to receive and respond to text messages
from Armani Exchange in order to utilize text messaging. Participants
must have first texted to ARMANI (276264) to opt into the text program. The
Sponsor will respond to that text message with a follow-up text message that
will confirm that they will begin receiving up to three text messages per
month from the Sponsor.

Opt Out:
Participants must text to ARMANI (276264) the message “STOP” to opt out
of the text program.

RULES FOR ARMANI EXCHANGE ITOUCH SWEEPSTAKES
Open to current Text AX members. All entries must be
received via text. To enter to win one of three (3) exclusive Armani Exchange
iTouch iPods entrants must respond to ARMANI short code text (sent 5.28.09) with
zip code for valid entry. Valid entries must be received on 5.28.09 before
11:59pm PST. Only one entry per phone number. Entrants chosen by random drawing
on 5.29.09 and will be contacted on 5.29.09 by a member of the Armani Exchange
marketing team. Entrants have 24-hours to respond to claim their prize. All
entrants must fill out an affidavit and send back to Armani Exchange by 6.30.09,
otherwise their prize will be forfeited.
General Promotion Rules
A|X Armani Exchange Online offers promotions throughout the year via emails,
postcards, and newspaper/magazine inserts. Register and you have the option to
sign up for email updates about upcoming events and promotions.
Specific instructions and rules will be listed
on the promotion invitation since promotions will vary. Unless
specified, offers are valid for one time use only. Promotion codes cannot be
combined with any other promotions unless otherwise stated.
Additionally, please ensure that if you have a
promotion code, please be sure to enter the promo code before the end of the
checkout process. Once your order has been submitted without a promo code, A|X
cannot adjust your final order total.
When applicable, each online promotion will have a unique Promotion Code associated with it. This code must be entered so that your promotion
is correctly applied to your order. Simply enter the code during checkout. In
the final step of checkout, you can review your order to ensure the promotion
was accepted.
