Exchange Process

Once we receive your return/exchange package, two transactions will take place:

  • We will process a refund for your returned item(s) in the original form of payment.
  • A new order will be placed for the new item(s) you have requested (subject to availability).  Your credit card will be billed once these new item(s) are shipped. At this time you may be contacted to provide verification or to update your billing information.
Exchange Availability

All exchange requests are subject to availability.  By the time your exchange request is received, there is a possibility that the item(s) you requested in exchange may no longer be available. If the item(s) you have requested in exchange for your return are no longer available at the time of processing, a refund will be issued for the returned item(s), and you will be notified via email.

Final Sale

Any items purchased in the FINAL SALE categories cannot be returned or exchanged to our online store or any store locations. The "Final Sale" categories are select styles with reduced prices which cannot be returned or exchanged.

Amazon.com, Amazon Checkout, Bill Me Later, Google Checkout & PayPal Exchanges

Orders placed via Amazon.com, Amazon Checkout, Bill Me Later, Google Checkout or PayPal must be returned or exchanged by mail through our Online Store. A|X Store locations will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges for orders placed via PayPal.

Rush Exchanges

To ensure that you receive your exchange item before it is sold out, we offer the option for a Rush Exchange.  Rush exchanges are available for in-stock items only.

To Request a Rush Exchange:

  • Contact us by phone at 1.800.717.AXAX or by email at RUSH@armaniexchange.com
  • Specify the style that you would like, as well as the color and size.
  • You will not be charged for standard shipping.
  • Your credit card will be charged for the new item(s) and we will process your refund once we have received your return package.
  • To complete your rush exchange, please follow our standard return procedure, and be sure to only fill out the return portion of the return form when sending in the items that you wish to exchange.
