Standard Shipping Policies & Rates:

$6.00 Shipping on all orders every day! This applies to EVERYDAY STANDARD Shipping.

To estimate when your order will be processed and shipped, please take the following into account:

-Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.

-For security purposes and as a protection to our customers, all online orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification with the credit cardholder and issuing bank. A|X reserves the right to cancel or delay an order due to verification process. Should this occur, an email notification will be sent.

-Express and Express Plus orders placed after 1PM EST are processed the following business day, Monday through Friday.

-Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of A|X Armani Exchange. These interruptions include but not limited to transportation system, shipping carrier or cardholder's credit card bank delays.

-Tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after an order is shipped from our warehouse.

-We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The shipping carriers that may be used to ship your order is either U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or Fedex. Military addresses (APO or FPO) will be shipped via USPS.

-Delivery delays due to service interruptions or inclement weather conditions are not the responsibility of A| X Armani Exchange or the carrier.

For APO/FPO addresses, GROUND-United States Postal Service is the only delivery method. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

As soon as your order is billed and shipped, we will send an email confirmation with shipment and tracking details.

Find the USPS or Fedex number on your shipping confirmation email and enter that number at either www.fedex.com or www.usps.com to check status of your online order.

To estimate when your order will be delivered please take into account, for security purposes and as a protection to our customers, all online orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification with the credit cardholder and issuing bank prior to processing. You may be contacted within 24 business hours for further billing verification. If we do not contact you, your order will be processed and you will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is shipped.

As soon as your order is billed and shipped, we will send an email confirmation with shipment and tracking details.

There are 2 ways you can track your order:

2. Find the USPS or Fedex number on your shipping confirmation email and enter that tracking number at either www.fedex.com or www.usps.com to check status of your online order.

-Credit card verification / approval must be made prior to processing your order. In the event that your credit card is not authorized, A|X reserves the right to cancel your order. Should this occur, an email notification will be sent.
-Express and Express Plus orders placed after 2PM EST are processed the following business day.
-Express and Same Day orders placed after 1pm orders are shipped during business days (Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays).
-We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The shipping carriers that may be used to ship your order is either U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or Fedex.

PO Box and FPO / APO Address

PO Box and FPO

We deliver to APO/FPO addresses using the United States Postal Service (USPS). To ship to these addresses, the only delivery method is GROUND service. We do not ship to PO Boxes at this time.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be charged to orders shipped to the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Texas, Virginia, Washington DC and Washington.
