Where is my order
Order Confirmation

You will receive two confirmation emails once your order has been placed successfully:

  • Order Confirmation - This email will confirm that your order was placed successfully, and will include a summary of your order information.
  • Shipment Confirmation - You will receive this email once your order has been processed and shipped. This email will include a link with your shipment tracking number. You may view your order shipment status and tracking information by clicking on this link in your confirmation email. You can also track your order status on our website by clicking here.

If you have not received a confirmation email within 48 hours:

  • Occasionally your confirmation email may end up in your spam folder. Please check your spam folder if you have not received a confirmation email.
  • There is a possibility that your order attempt was not successful. For further assistance with checking the status of your order, please contact us by calling 1.800.717.AXAX, or send us an email at custserv@armaniexchange.com

Authorization and Verification

After you receive your order confirmation email, you may receive another email requesting further verification of your billing information that is required to ship your order. If you should receive an email requesting order verification, please follow in the instructions as stated in the email to verify your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order if verification is not received within 48 business hours.

Pre-Order Policy:

  • A|X Armani Exchange offers a PRE-ORDER feature on select items. Your Preorder item will be authorized by your credit card bank but we will not charge the credit card. Please note the pre-order items will only be charged when the items become available and have been shipped out. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your pre-order items have been processed. The Pre-Order feature is available for US and Canada only.
